pk2222 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk2222 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pk2222.onl, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. We strongly encourage all players to read these Terms before registering so there are no misunderstandings about how the platform operates, what is expected of players and what players can expect from us.

During or after registration, pk2222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2222 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity carried out under your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact pk2222 support immediately via live chat so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account.

pk2222 will never contact you asking for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk2222 that requests your password or financial details, treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team without responding to the request.

Choose a strong, unique password for your pk2222 account and avoid reusing passwords from other services. We recommend updating your password periodically as an additional security measure.

4 Deposits & Payments

pk2222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section

Deposits are typically credited to your pk2222 account within seconds of the payment being confirmed by the payment processor. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of making a deposit. pk2222 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the player and are outside pk2222's control.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on pk2222. Deposits made without any corresponding betting or gaming activity may be flagged for review under our anti-fraud procedures. pk2222 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before processing a withdrawal if a deposit has not been used for gaming activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, where that method supports outgoing payments. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may be asked to verify an alternative PKR account in your name.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, pk2222 may require you to complete identity verification if this has not already been completed. This is a standard procedure and is designed to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Please ensure your account details are accurate and up to date to avoid delays.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after any active bonus wagering requirements are accounted for.

Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. pk2222 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions once the withdrawal has been approved on our end.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pk2222 are subject to the specific rules of the market in question. General rules applicable to all sports betting on the platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the player and accepted by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where pk2222 explicitly offers a Cash Out facility for that market.
• Sports bets settle according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the PSL governing body.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rule for that sport, which is displayed in the betting section for each market.
• In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds — for example, odds that are significantly different from market standard due to a technical error — pk2222 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Live in-play betting markets close and re-open as match situations evolve. A bet that appears available on screen may be suspended by the time the confirmation is processed. In such cases the bet will not be placed and the stake will remain in your account balance.

For PSL and international cricket matches, pk2222 offers an extensive range of markets including match winner, top run scorer, highest opening partnership, total sixes, method of dismissal, player performance specials and over-by-over run totals. All these markets follow the general betting rules above in addition to any cricket-specific rules displayed alongside each market.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on pk2222 — including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar and virtual sports — are supplied by third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that game results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or the platform.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is set by the game provider. RTP figures are approximate over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session. 8 Bonuses & Promotions

pk2222 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement, minimum odds and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• pk2222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time or to modify the conditions of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.

9 Prohibited Activity

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a real-money balance at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks.

In the event of an account being closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been used in connection with any breach may be returned at pk2222's discretion following the completion of the investigation.
